This Shipping and Returns Policy describes how we handle the delivery of your purchases, as well as the process for returns and exchanges. By placing an order on donmaltzsw.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase details.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout so you can receive all important order updates.
If an item is out of stock or additional verification is needed, our support team will contact you directly.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We offer domestic and international shipping options through reliable courier partners. The estimated delivery time depends on your destination and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order leaves our warehouse, Don Maltz is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery option. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout.
For international orders, import duties, customs taxes, and additional fees may apply according to your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in our product prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
Failure to pay customs duties or refusal to accept delivery may result in your package being returned. In such cases, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. Please double-check your delivery address, phone number, and postal code before submitting your order.
Don Maltz is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment using the courier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for information to appear online.
If you do not receive your tracking number or have difficulty tracking your order, please contact our support team at customersupport@donmaltzsw.com.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your skirt, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product must be free from stains, odor, or signs of wear.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at customersupport@donmaltzsw.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package. Don Maltz is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund or exchange has been approved.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us for assistance.
9. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us before returning the item to confirm availability. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the exchange and ship your replacement as soon as possible.
Please note that exchanges are only possible for items of equal or lesser value.
10. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customersupport@donmaltzsw.com. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
11. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

- Gift cards
